Typing Pal Information

Typing Pal Overview
At GRE, third, fourth and fifth grade students have Typing Pal accounts that they can use to practice their typing skills. They have all logged into their accounts at least once in the STEAM lab. Typing Pal is web based, allowing students to practice in their classrooms and at home. This typing program allows students to progress at their own pace through various typing activities and teaches proper finger placement on the keyboard. The more they practice using the home row keys and the correct finger placement the more precise they will be in their typing and communicating their thinking to others.
